It's our mission at TYPE01 to champion and support the exciting creative craft of type and design. Covering a wide variety of topics, we use type as a gateway to open up important conversations and consistently spotlight the current and future generations of talented creative humans from all parts of the world.
Founded in 2019, TYPE01 Ltd has become one of the leading platforms that specifically publishes type-focused media. Expanding across many platforms including the launch of our TYPEONE bi-annual print magazine, our Type Tutorial series, and the TYPE01 website.
We also run You Creative Media (formerly Femme Type) a platform that celebrates, supports and empowers creatives to grow professionally and personally. You can also shop fonts by the industry’s independent type designers and foundries on our curated font marketplace, Type Department.
We are an adaptable team of type designers, lettering artists, graphic designers, brand designers and 3D artists. We passionately take pride in producing exciting, quality work, bringing our fresh perspective to design.
Utilising our roaster of talented type designers we’ve connected with over the years, we offer typeface design services, custom font licensing that helps brands find the very best licensing solution, (as we know it can be a bit of a minefield!) and lastly artistic curation.
