So that our customers can benefit from faster and more affordable shipping rates, we ship internationally from our 3 global fulfilment facilites based in the UK, US and EU (no customs fees).
No. Now that we’ve added an EU facility to our operations, all EU orders are now imported and shipped from this facility instead of the UK. This means our EU customers can benefit from much faster and smoother shipping options, and will not be charged any customs, duties, or VAT fees.
Customers based in Switzerland now pay an inclusive shipping cost of delivery and a discounted customs fee for a faster and smoother experience which is reflected in the cost of shipping at the checkout.

Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation to the email you entered at the checkout with. Inside that email you’ll find the tracking information for you order.
If you wish to have more control of your purchases, you can create an account at the checkout stage. Once you’ve paid for your order, it’ll show up under ‘orders’ in your account. If you’re a subscriber, this is where you can update your card information, and shipping/billing addresses.

All products in our store benefit from a 28-day money back guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with what you ordered you can return it within 28 days of receiving it and receive a full refund.
Once shipped, reviewed and accepted by the warehouse team, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. Around busier time periods such as November, Black Friday and Christmas time, this timeframe can extend up to 30 days.
If your order has been damaged in transit, or an error has occurred where you’ve received the incorrect item, we’ll happily replace faulty, missing or incorrect items sent up to 28 days after the order was delivered for free – just contact our customer service team at magazine@type-01.com.
We offer two types of subscriptions, both of which allow our customers to secure TYPEONE Magazine for a discounted price over purchasing individually.
Our annual subscription provides you with 2x issues of TYPEONE Magazine per year. The shipping rate for both those issues are combined into a single charge, billed every 12 months.
Our bi-annual subscription provides you with 1x issue every 6 months, allowing you to secure the newest issue each time it’s published at a discounted price. This subscription is billed every 6 months.
Both products require you to set up a recurring charge, which you can manage from your customer account.
