COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you access or use this site, TYPE01 may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, TYPE01 may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and if you purchase products we will require your credit card and or PayPal details. If you do not fill out any forms, TYPE01 collects nothing about you other than your browser type, location, OS type, and IP address, however, this may extend to other elements of personal information depending on your browser/device data sharing settings.
As a way to help add value to our products, we use CusRev (Customer Reviews) service for sending automatic or manual follow-up emails (reminders) that gather shop and product reviews. You will be contacted after a 14 day period has been reached to kindly as for your thoughts on our products, if you wish, you can unsubscribe to these emails at the bottom of the email.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED
TYPE01 collects your information strictly for billing, licensing, and marketing purposes. If you order a product, for example, the information is used to verify credit cards, issue the appropriate receipts, and maintain your customer history. TYPE01 does not share or sell the personal information collected with third parties.
If you make a purchase under a business name, by agreeing to these terms, you grant TYPE01 the perpetual right to confirm publically that our products are used by employees working for that company.

TYPE01 protects your credit card transaction using SSL encryption and thereby prevents unauthorised parties from viewing such information when it is being transmitted. We do not record or keep your full credit card information after your order has been placed except in instances where you have a saved card attached to your account, and even then, we cannot see the full extent of this data.

When you visit TYPE01, you can use the site anonymously and access most information without revealing your identity. In order to enable our shopping cart, we use ‘cookies’ for automated administration purposes.
