If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return it back to us within 28 days through a few simple steps and receive a full refund.
1. Contact Us
Contact our customer service team on magazine@type-01.com. A member of our team will create the return in our system and let you know the returns address to include on the order. We use multiple facilites around the world so we’ll let you know the closest and cheapest way to return your order.
2. Package up the order
It doesn’t have to be in its original package but must include the packaging slip that it came with which must also include your order number so we can identify it. Without it, a refund cannot be processed. You’ll also need to include your order number on the outside packaging like this [#order number]-return. I.e #17895-return. This will be a new reference number so we can track the return in our system.
3. Take to your local post office, or order a collection
Once confirmed, take to your nearest post office or drop off point, and choose how you wish to return your order. In order for us to receive a return it must be on a tracked service, as we’ll need to enter the tracking number into the system so the management team can process without any issues.
3. Sit back and wait
Once we’ve received your return, one of our customer service assistants will get in contact with you to confirm that your order has been received and your refund will appear in your account in 14 working days.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 28 days from the date your order was delivered to return it for a refund. All returns & refunds are subject to our products coming back in good condition.
