We’re so excited to share the release of the brand new stunning updated features of the much loved modern serif display, Gallique Light.
Designed by the incredible French Graphic & Type Designer Emma Marichal, Gallique V.2 retains all of Gallique‘s thorny, hypnotic character, while bringing some incredible new updated features to play around with.
Gallique takes its name from the oldest of the garden roses, Rosa Gallica. The duality of soft petals met with prickling thorns soaks into the design of its juxtaposing forms to create a truly expressive, experimental take on a contemporary serif.
While Gallique was already the perfect balm for ligature lovers, the updated features of Gallique V.2 come with even more sophisticated, stunning ligatures alongside a whopping 150 added glyphs, including added diacritics, corrections and alternate glyphs.
